✨題目：數位植牙再進化!突破植牙後軟組織癒合和口掃運用的限制
Overcoming the limits of healing & scanning
📃摘要：Analog solutions are slowly becoming a thing of the past. Digital dentistry is no longer just a trend, it is becoming a standard. Especially when it comes to implantology.
CBCT planning is a sine qua non. Based on it, an increasing number of implant procedures are performed using surgical guides. The next stage, i.e. the transfer of prosthetic conditions to the laboratory, is carried out using intraoral scans thanks to scanbody. Finally, the last stage - making the crown, is a procedure in CAD/CAM technology.
Despite such advanced digital solutions, there were still limitations and imperfections of some “tools”. For example, the issue of the possibility of creating and perfect copying of the emergence profile. Similarly, the necessity of multiple interventions in the place of implantation at the prosthetic stages. A complex scanning procedure with the need to use additional prosthetic elements. And how to solve the issue of temporary work in a simple way?
Thanks to unique and innovative concept, it is finally possible to carry out a completely digital workflow. It gives security, predictability and repeatability. It reduces the number of visits, does not interfere with the healing process, decreases costs and allows to obtain perfect red esthetics.

✨題目：<實作課程>全數位植牙系統的應用
📃摘要：
數位植牙不但可以協助我們植牙術前治療計畫的訂定與執行，並且在植牙後的預期性可以得到相當明確的預期。數位植牙也能運用在假牙修復、全口重建的應用上。同時，數位植牙還可以大大縮短治療的時間，並且可以減少患者在治療過程中的不適和疼痛。
然而，數位植牙的應用還有很多待完善的方面。本課程將提供學員所需的理論知識和實踐經驗，以便在日後進行植牙治療時更加熟練和自信。
👑温世政醫師 (主講時間9/24 9:00-12:30)
✨題目：4D 植牙新觀念 New vision of 4D implant placement
📃摘要：
植牙的發展已經超過 60 年，隨著植入人體內的植牙顆數增加，我們慢慢發現，植牙併發症也越來越多。根據研究顯示，植牙併發症超過 6 成是因為植體種在不對的位置。那什麼才是對的位置，在mesial-distal，buccal-lingual，尤其是 Apical-coronal，也就是植牙要種多深才是對的，另外植入的角度也是門學問。這四個立體面向，構成了所謂 4D 植體。
此次演講將提出最新的科學證據論述，什麼情況要種在什麼位置，更重要的是，如何透過 CBCT 及數位口掃，將口腔實際情況轉成數位影像，並設計簡單，易學，好用的手術導板。希望分享如何利用精準的導板植牙，完成快速又精確的手術，大幅避免植牙併發症的發生。

✨題目：全口無牙脊導引手術全攻略
📃摘要：
導引植牙手術(Guided implant surgery)已是避免植牙併發症最重要的方法之一。狹義的導引植牙手術原只是放置植體在計畫位置，然而廣義的導引植牙手術也包含了顏面和諧，假牙定位，abutment旋轉角度、高度等，這些都能夠透過術前軟體設計，手術當下一口氣放入難以定位的無牙脊口腔裡，這樣可節省大量假牙製作時間。
另外，也能透過導航手術特殊作法，可以在些微骨頭缺損下，施行Digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS) technique 於FP1 pink-free假牙製作。於嚴重骨萎縮的上顎骨，也能夠透過導航手術精準執行zygoma implant達到prosthetic-driven implant surgery。
