The guest for this session is Holly from "Baked Tipsy", a company in Taiwan.
Baked Tipsy is Taiwan’s first food upcycling food tech social business. With the rising demand for sustainable products, Baked Tipsy saw the lack of awareness and solution to the underrated issue -food waste, so the brand is born in hopes of minimizing food waste through innovative food and beverage products.
All products and upcycled waste are baked goods or alcohol beverages related, alas the brand- Baked Tipsy.
