國內陸續出現公、民營機構電子廣告看板、數位家外媒體、網站等遭駭或分散式阻斷服務(DDOS)攻擊等資訊安全事故，除了資訊安全相關單位積極投入事故應變及處理之外，針對駭客攻擊手法及防禦措施，提升人員安全認知與基本職能，已是刻不容緩。
It has been widely reported that many websites of Taiwan government were taken down by cyberattacks just before House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan. Some digital screens of convenience stores and public facilities were also defaced with messages opposing and criticizing this visit. Cybersecurity forces throughout Taiwan have been endeavored to manage these cyber incidents and further prevent more cyberattacks from happening. It’s been an urgent need for government organizations as well as private industries to understand hackers’ attacking methods and tactics, in order to defend their online digital services and network environment. It is undoubtedly that to advance and elevate cyber security awareness and proficiency of all levels of staffs is the first priority task for Taiwan.
安碁學苑規畫「資安觀念建立」、「常見駭客手法危害及資安事件防範」及「如何因應DDOS攻擊」一系列主題課程，對於一般人員、管理與治理階層、及資安相關技術人員等，建立具備資安認知思維及職能基礎，並可進一步學習到駭客攻擊手法與其防禦機制。本系列課程將幫助企業、機關(構)奠定人員良好的風險意識與評估基礎。
To help governmental and industrial organizations to achieve this urgent task, the ACAD has designed a series of cyber security training programs, i.e., “Cyber security Concept and Awareness”, “Common Attacking Methods and How to Prevent Cyber Security Incident from Happening”, and “How to React to A DDoS Attack”. These specific training programs may greatly help all level of staffs such as general users, managers, senior executives, IT staffs and cyber security staffs to establish a comprehensive concept and awareness of cyber security, as well as to help IT and cyber security staffs to advance their knowledge of hackers attacking behavior and how to prevent them. As a result, operational impacts caused by any cyberattacks could possibly be observed, identified and managed.
