課程目標
- 學習攝影作品的後製技巧。
- 學習街頭攝影(street photography)的歷史、觀念、技術並到街頭練習攝影，將理論應用於實作上。
- 完整地練習一次「準備→攝影→後製→呈現」，並於第四堂課進行成果分享。
適合的參加者
曾參加過Bryan Shay的攝影工作坊入門班，或是具備同等經驗（如果對於難度不放心，歡迎寫mail給老師Bryan詢問），上課為全程英文，所以要有基本的聽說能力，參加者必須有一臺相機或照相手機。
課程內容
9/6 攝影作品後製
I will help each student set up a trial version of some kind of photo editing software. Most likely Capture One and/or Adobe Camera Raw. I will explain the very basic uses and tools of photo editing software as well as RAW and .jpg files. I will provide students with a demo photo that we will all edit using our chosen photo editing software. I will guide students thorugh the process. If there is remaining time I will have students edit one or two of their own photos for my review. Students should bring a laptop computer if they have one. （第一堂課因為要使用投影機，上課地點在忠孝新生的沐樂咖啡）
9/13 街頭攝影的歷史、觀念、哲學
Street photography is one of the most recognizable and powerful forms of photography. We will learn the basics of what this genre of photography is and how to approach it. I will provide students with a basic overview of the major works and philosophy behind street photography, ans I will share my own work and thoughts on street photography. This will be an indoor class.
9/20 街頭攝影實作
We will apply what we have learned in the introduction in order to go outside and take our own photos. I will teach students my methods and what I'm looking for when I'm working in the streets. I will help students solve any problems they encounter and challenge them to take a variety of photos and improve as a photographer. Students should have a minimum of two photos that they can present at the end of the class.
9/27 成果分享與進步的方向
If needed, we will spend the first 30 minutes of class outside to allow students to take 1 more photo for my review. Students should present 2-3 photos and have a brief description of each photo and their reason or story behind it. I will critique all aspects of the photo from what was done with the camera as well as the post-processing / editing and evaluate how effective the photo is as telling story or combining artistic elements to create a visual and / or emotional impact. The student with the best photo will win a special prize from me.

Bryan來自美國，他一直在旅行。2010他第一次來到台灣，那時他繞著台灣拍了許多照片，之後他到了大陸讀書，待過成都、北京（所以他中文相當流利），今年才又回到台灣定居。第一次見面時，我為Bryan寫了一篇網誌，歡迎大家讀讀看。
